Service Request Process

All maintenance requests will be responded to within 24 hours or sooner during business hours (Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) once the request is received.

* Note: Please submit ALL service items in your Tenant Web Access account. This will ensure all service orders are recorded and responded to in a timely manner.

Please call the emergency maintenance line for URGENT matters only. See FAQ page for what is considered an emergency maintenance item. For any life threatening injuries, please call 911.

Step 1

Log into your tenant web access (TWA) account.

Step 2

Select ‘Service Issue’

Step 3

Select ‘Add Service Issue’

Step 4

Include all details of the issue occurring including location (bathroom, kitchen, etc.)

Step 5

Click “Submit”- all service orders will be received immediately.
