Student Housing Lease Renewals Sent Out: Oct 1st

Please keep an eye on your email and tenant web account (TWA) for a new renewal offer.  Non student housing properties are normally contacted by Gold Zone staff sixty (60) days prior to their lease expiration with a renewal offer. If you are interested in renewing your lease prior to this time, please contact our office directly.

Steps To Complete A Lease Renewal Offer

1.  Visit your TWA account online
2.  View banner at top of the screen > Document(s) Available For You To Sign > View Documents
3.  View / Review the documents > Complete > Sign
4.  Gold Zone Staff will receive notification of completion > Counter Sign
5.  Documents / Lease will show up on Resident Documents tab
