Gold Zone Rentals Renewal Information
Once Gold Zone Rentals staff is informed of a residents renewal intentions, a Renewal Offer will be created. Please keep an eye on your email and tenant web account (TWA) for a new renewal offer. Student housing properties are typically contacted about renewal intentions in October. Non student housing properties are normally contacted by Gold Zone staff ninety to one hundred twenty (90-120) days prior to their lease expiration with a renewal offer. If you are interested in renewing your lease prior to this time, please contact our office directly.
Steps To Complete A Lease Renewal Offer
- Inform Gold Zone Rentals staff of your renewal intentions
- Visit your TWA account online
- View banner at top of the screen > Document(s) Available For You To Sign > View Documents
- View / Review the documents > Complete > Sign
- Gold Zone Staff will receive notification of completion > Counter Sign
- Documents / Lease will show up on Resident Documents tab
Important Renewal Information
- To qualify for a renewal offer and renewal rates; 1. 2+ Bed Units: a minimum of two current residents must be renewing 2. 1 / Studio Units: primary resident must be renewing.
- Renewal residents must be; 1. on the original lease 2. residing at the original start date
- Renewal offers expire thirty (30) days after creation
- Renewal rates and offers are subject to change once an original renewal offer has expired
- Non renewing unit/properties or expiring renewal offers will be placed ON NOTICE. On Notice units are available for showings and leasing.
- Renewals are subject to additional security deposit requests to match the current rental rate
