Step 3:

Tour Property / Unit(s)

Step 4:

Select APPLY NOW > Complete Application (send to all individuals associated with the lease)

Step 5:

Gold Zone Rentals staff reviews the application

Step 6:

Gold Zone Rentals staff publishes LEASE PACKET

Step 7:

Review the lease packet > SIGN

Step 8:

Gold Zone Rentals staff will submit a security deposit invitation from Rentable > Follow Link > Pay Security Deposit

Step 9:

Review ALL Gold Zone Rentals communications prior to the scheduled move in date

Step 10:

Setup time to pick up Welcome Home Packet and Keys
